HERE’S WHAT YOU SHOULD CONSUME
Day 1: Take one lemon and squeeze it in a glass of water. Drink this lemonade for three times per day, but not skip the other meals.
Day 2: In 500 ml water pour the juice from two lemons and consume it twice a day. The best thing is to drink the first in the morning, and the second – after the dinner.
Day 3 and Day 4 you repeat the ritual from the first two days.
Day 5: Drink lemon and water before the first meal. Through the whole day eat green vegetables. You can consume bread, but not rice. Finish the day with another glass of lemon and water.
Day 6: Same as Day 2
